Made some sandwich bread today.

I love the no knead breads. They are idiot proof.

I accidentally bought white whole wheat. It seems to have a milder taste than standard whole wheat.

The no knead bread plan is a great tool for the 9-5 worker like myself.

This is my first loaf no knead. The others have been done in a Dutch oven.
