What's for Dinner, Sun., Nov. 9, 2014

Chili with white beans, ground beef, and a few different types of peppers, like chipotle. Crema Mexicano on top, along with grated cheddar.

I'm also making a couple different kinds of salads and I hope to make some Paleo cranberry orange muffins.

I also have tomatoes and an avocado which need eating.

And some baby potatoes I think I will put on the grill in aluminum foil.

Summer food!

I just placed in the oven, now 3 hrs of waiting...

Drizzled everything with black truffle oil. In the last hour I'll throw in some caramelized pearl onions. I also put carrots and potatoes, but I may have to pull them out early if they get overcooked.

I'll have guac, sour cream and salsa on the tables with tortillas..... Do what you want.

I also made a little chocolate almond bundt cake last night and there is a rare bottle of whole milk in the fridge.
