1. I had 3 bean chili with lime and cilantro, a simple quesadilla for lunch. So no clue.

May just graze...logged back in to DU to avoid the couch, lol. Now a walk.

2. Italian beef stew.

My own concoction. Beef stew cooked with tomatoes, Italian herbs, cippolini and green beans.

3. Greens, vegetable medley,

and for dessert a recipe for granola pie that someone gave me. It smells yummy!

4. Probably pasta

Either cheese ravioli with a sausage link, or linguini and clams. I'll decide on the ride back from work.

I was really craving a pizza earlier, but then I looked in my wallet... so much for that idea.

5. Leftovers.

I have chicken chile and mac and cheese.

I wasn't thrilled with the m&c. The cheese was really bland. I'm going to try and doctor it up. DH liked it, so there is that.

And salad before all the lettuce goes bad.

6. fried chicken

from the supermarket. Hey, it's really good. I worked like a demon all day long on re-potting garden plants and preparing for the cold, so I didn't have time to cook.

I had it with some Mike's lemonades. Yeah, so fried chicken and lemonade, which sounds like summer. But it was great.

7. Fresh spinach salad, and some fresh Italian sausage, with half an apple.

8. big salad, tiny filet mignon

I stupidly did that polite shit of asking my husband if that was all the salad he wanted - thinking I wanted the rest. But my question motivated him to clean the bowl.

9. a friend's birthday

Papa Murphy's pizza, spinach, orange and candied almonds salad, apple pie with apples off another friend's tree. Delish

10. Northern beans with smoked ham hocks

MMMMMMMM.....perfect for cooler weather.
