with a homemade spicy shake-n-bake coating. Mexican rice, jazzed up with serranos and tomatoes. Pinto beans with jalapeno and cilantro.

Still on my Mexican kick this week.

Chipped ham but kicked up a little by adding caramelized onions and serving it over toasted ciabatta. Just got home after a week's wedding festivities. Lots of good food but an exhausting time for us old folks!
