what do you think about freezing shrimp I steamed today?

I had three pounds of delicious fresh wild caught large shrimp from Mexico. I steamed them today per the Old Bay recipe. I have about 3/4 pound left over from dinner. What do you think is the likelihood that they will be good if I freeze them tonight? I was thinking of peeling them and cutting in chunks before freezing.

Peel first. Having never done this, I can't vouch for the effect, but doubt taste would be significantly affected.
