I'm going with linguine pescatore, with clams, mussels, shrimp and squid. Got a zucchini to use, so I'll chop that up and throw it in the sauce too.

(14,733 posts)Had a fun day, logged on first thing in the morning to see where my remaining principal balance was on my mortgage, and found out my checking account balance was listed as negative $480, and that my mortgage ended up getting paid off of my credit card with the same bank. Spent half an hour at the bank, hopefully getting things straightened out.
I'd cashed a check large enough to cover the mortgage and then deposited the cash into my checking account to be there to cover it when it drafted out. However, what had actually happened was that the teller had cashed it, then for some unknown reason, entered in the bank account number off of the CHECK, rather than my deposit slip, and deposited the money ... right back into the account of the person who wrote the check, rather than into my account. I had gotten a slip that showed a $500 deposit, and they never actually put the name on the account on those slips, so I didn't realize the money never made it into my account until this morning.
Hoping that when I look at my account tomorrow, everything should be back to normal.

(35,662 posts)I did crispy, breaded chicken breasts tonight. I made my own breading from Judie's bread. I cut it into strips and used the wasabi sauce I'd had with the pork about four days ago.
And I made stir fried brocolli with sesame and ginger.
Wonder what happened to my thread? I posted today's thread, but I'll bet I put it on preview and then shut down my computer in the rush to leave work
