I wasn't feeling up to doing any sort of cooking tonight. Spent part of the day washing walls, moving furniture and painting. Gorgeous day out, 70s, sunny, blue skies... and I just saw on the weather forecast that we'll be down in the 40s again in a few days, sigh. and 34ish overnight for a couple of those days, right around the official start of spring. I'll need to get more of the painting done tomorrow, while I can still have windows open.

I did cook a roast earlier today, but that was for the parents, already took it over and didn't keep any back for us. Probably why I didn't feel like cooking anything else today - my brain was telling me I'd already done enough cooking today.

Yesterday I had ROCK 'N ROLL SHRIMP. It is a basically a Thai dish in which Jumbo prawns are sauted with homemade sauce and served with sauted vegetables. Trust me it tastes yummy. I first had it in a Thai restaurant called Moon Thai Weston and liked it so much that got the its recipe from online and tried it at home.
