What's for Dinner, Thurs., July 21, 2016

Veggie burger with melted mozzarella on top. Lettuce, raw onion, tomato slice. Dill mayonnaise, but no bread!

Peach tea, which I made as sun tea today.

Dessert: cream puffs.

with jalapenos, onions, tomatoes and avocado. The steak is leftover ribeye from yesterday's cookout. OMG, there was a lot of beef there! I think we all took some leftovers home last night.

recipe. The last of the Parmesan Carrots. Finished off the leftover sauteed red/green cabbage with leeks, and a tomato salad made from the lovely multicolored fruits of 2016. Lovely supper.
