What's for dinner? Friday, Aug 19, 2016

I think I still have 15 minutes left in the propane tank, so I'm grilling a ribeye steak. (If not, time to use the stove top and the cast iron skillet). Either way, I have steak.

A salad of cukes, tomatoes and sweet onions in a light vinaigrette. Sauteed mushrooms for the steak. Then I'll get lazy and have oven fries.

ps: Safe trip back home, Cher!

Pork -- (S&P, Herbes De Provence- (rosemary, cracked fennel, thyme, savory, basil, French tarragon, dill weed, Turkish oregano, lavender, chervil and marjoram), ground with a little Panko and pan seared in a little bacon fat then baked @ 425 until 160°)
