Busy packing, of course, but still trying to eat well. Found some great sauce in the freezer that hubby made a while back. We'll have it over some homemade mac & cheese and maybe a salad. Cleaning out the fridge makes for interesting meals

pinto beans, mixed greens and cornbread. Salad is from our sweet, sprawling yellow tomato bush that has been producing like a champion since July.
swiss cheese, green onions, fresh asparagus, sherry, bacon and shrimp.
