What's for Dinner, Thurs., Oct. 27, 2016

Meatballs topped with tomato sauce and buratta, which is a form of mozzarella. I will sprinkle with freshly chopped basil and oregano.

Chopped kale as a salad, with lemon juice and olive oil as a dressing.

We're having meatballs made with Italian sausage and a tomato sauce. Served over cheese tortellini with grated grana padano. Salad of arugula with the last fresh tomato from our daughters garden, sliced fennel, and olive oil/lemon dressing

I have too much in the fridge to begin a new dish. (I have to learn to stop cooking for six.)

Probably a salad with cold leftover turkey chunks. Dressing? Who knows, I'll make one up.

I did make a small veggie pizza last night out of boredom, so I'll snack on that too later on.
