What's for Dinner, Sun., Feb. 19, 2017

Thinly sliced pork cutlets. Spicy cannellini soup, along with polenta that has lots of cheese in it. All made by the RG. I've been doing seed trays all day long, so this summer you will hear me talk about cutting my Tom Thumb buttercrunch lettuce, my yellow pear tomatoes, or my Aunt Ruby's green tomatoes.

I am excited: a lot of the seeds are already up. Just from soaking, I have lettuce sprouts already.

And red potatoes. All done in the crock pot. We aren't fancy but we eat good.
