I always have a cup of miso soup. These days I go to Nihonmachi (Japantown) 日本待ち and buy instant packets of miso soup and stock up for when I need it. Its nice to have an instant packet to breakout and consume. Just add hot water and its ready to go!

but only knew the super basics before. I'm now going to be ordering a variety of miso pastes soon. I really want to try making Miso Soup and will look for more recipes to use the paste in too.
