I'm going to make zuke 'noodles' in this faux pho style soup using the veggie spiralizer. I need to get fewer carbs in my diet.

sounds delicious. I'm having chicken, celery, relish, cashew, avacado, hard cooked egg salad on whole wheat toast. And IBC root beer.

a "faux-tisserie" chicken and sweet potatoes. Saving the broth and the leftover chicken will become chicken salad.
