YUM love sushi! Do you make your own? We intended to make smoked salmon sushi and spam sushi but forgot to buy the Nori sheets.

(20,976 posts)butcher's stew meat chunks. tenderized. sprinkle flour. brown in butter, add onion powder + lemon pepper. bit of soy sauce, bit of kitchen bouguet. add water & more flour & cook for an hour or so til tender. she loved onions, but never added onion or the lemon pepper. i had an old ethnic cookbook. think its latbian. did something way more complicated. wait. this tastes like autie's beef w/ onions. better. rychly beef? w/out hassles.
