My all time favorite is Caprese salad though. Tomato, basil and mozzarella!

how do you prepare it? Do you roast the pears or just cut them and sprinkle with bleu cheese?

(31,170 posts)It's great with chilled pears and crumbled blue cheese as a side dish for steak, on burgers etc.
And as grasswire mentioned, it's killer as a salad. I like it with baby spinach and something crunchy (cashews, walnuts, celery, etc)
