Rose champagne and dark chocolate

blue cheese and pears.
I also love asiago and dill with eggs.
My all time favorite is Caprese salad though. Tomato, basil and mozzarella!

That sound very GOOD! I've never tried that!

how do you prepare it? Do you roast the pears or just cut them and sprinkle with bleu cheese?

It's great with chilled pears and crumbled blue cheese as a side dish for steak, on burgers etc.

And as grasswire mentioned, it's killer as a salad. I like it with baby spinach and something crunchy (cashews, walnuts, celery, etc)

I know, I know....but you can't fight what the heart wants.


I also really really like french fries with Brown or Turkey Gravy for dipping.

Both quick and satisfying.

I tend more to the avocado mix than the soup and cheese now.

Heck, avocado with anything.

Ah, one more, the old standby, a bowl of spicy rice and beans.
