At the time I was married and living in CA.

My wife and I binge watched a whole lot of Julia in her honor.

She was something very special.

You can pick them up at any restaurant supply. They have graduated markings on the side you can use to judge rise ratios and they are big enough to do all your mixing for reasonably sized volumes of dough.

TOO bad I'm 70 miles away from 'my' patisserie; may have to settle for grocery bread (where they do bake every day.)
