I made this earlier tonight.
But you have to add mushrooms, either 1 lb shrimp or 1/2 lb smoked salmon, garlic, a touch of Old Bay and a splash of white wine.
I prefer it with Angel Hair.
Broccoli, zucchini and prosciutto can also get in the act.
Less than 30 minutes to the plate, including crusty bread and the rest of that bottle of wine.
