Gluten-free Thanksgiving recipes

Well, this year is going to be different! Son #3 has a new gf, and she will be coming to our celebration this year. But here's the thing: she's gluten free and we're not. There will be gluten free items naturally (turkey, asparagus, mashed potatoes/cornstarch gravy). But it's just not Thanksgiving to me without stuffing, rolls and pie!

Suggestions?

Some of the sites even have printed out grocery lists. WallMart, FamilyFare and most grocery stores have Gluten Free sections with GF breadcrumbs, rolls, bread and desserts. Amy's has a nice GF Lemon almond cookie that I put white frosting on for a quick GF dessert option.

And just eat things I can eat. I have other family members who aren't diabetic and can't afford to cook two meals.

My son in law is gluten and dairy free. gluten free bread is very common, or you could try cornbread dressing. America’s Test Kitchen has a quite good pie crust recipe. And I have made a green bean casserole that is gluten and dairy free.

I have made both versions of some dishes but lately we’ve just all had the gluten/dairy free version and I don’t think anyone notices or cares.😊
