I just picked more baby arugula, mesclun, and ruffled green lettuce from my garden. I am excited about having this as a salad tonight. I am having it with bits of Manchego cheese and also sliced red grapes and toasted almonds. I use coleslaw dressing for this salad.
Will warm up a slice of meatloaf and serve butternut squash (crinkle cut) alongside it. Probably drizzle some herb butter to go over it.
Tomorrow is the biggest travel day for TG, so if you're leaving DU for a day or two, Happy Thanksgiving and we look forward to your return!

p.s. on edit, I forgot dessert. I have devised banana cream "pudding" using a Brown Cow vanilla yogurt (BC is the only yogurt worth having, IMHO), banana slices, and a no-sugar, low-carb cookie.

(38,556 posts)ham, olives, broccoli, red bell pepper and cheese sauce. We'll probably have some sliced tomatoes on the side.
(We don't do much for dessert around here. Al got some donuts yesterday and I think there are some left. So maybe that as an evening snack/late dessert.)

(38,556 posts)if I knew I were going to die tomorrow, roasted chicken would be my last meal.
(Which makes me insanely wasteful--if you use the carcass you can do so much w/ the stock.)
