Found a recipe for no sugar pear cake, so the RG made it with his twists of creativity. Did it ever turn out fabulous! He suggested putting chocolate in it, so we added chunks of chocolate. On top, toasted walnuts and a spoonful of either yogurt or vanilla ice cream.

Incredibly, the spearmint in my herb garden came through the temps in the 20s on TG, so I cut some of that for on top, too.

I still have, going strong: coriander, tarragon, chives, rosemary, oregano, sage, and parsley. The savory has a few stems worth cutting, but is largely gone. Thyme did OK in the cold. Most of this was covered with plastic sheeting.

It’s plated leftovers night! Turkey tetrazzini comes later in the week, and turkey noodle soup is next weekend.

We've got a bit of turkey, some stuffed pork chops, stuffing, gravy, broccoli, bread, cranberry sauce and I think some green beans.

Time to clean out the old food and re-stock!

Of course! The last of the stuffing and a baked sweet potato. Cranberry sauce too.

I have all kinds of greens so I made a green smoothie with celery leaf, kale, parsley and greek yogurt. Tossed in 1/2 cup lemon juice, basalmic vinegar, salt, ice and water. This is not a sweet smoothie! Good for you tho. I actually felt healthy drinking it. Not really...
Lol!

We used vegetarian Benevolent Bacon we got at Whole Foods.
Tomato was a lame flavorless orb, so we'll need to source better.
Lettuce was arugula/spinach blend

Whole wheat pasta with cheese sauce.
