What's for Dinner, Mon., Dec. 3, 2018

Thinly sliced steak sandwich on brioche with horseradish cream sauce. Made the cream sauce with my own horseradish.

Zucchini, onion, and pancetta in olive oil for a side dish. Kinda' casual because the RG is in Vail again for the week, so I'm on my own for dinner.

For dessert, I don't know because I am on my way to Trader Joe's where I am going to buy all kinds of holiday goodies--yes, some sweets, but other things they get in for the holidays, too. I am looking forward to this, as I had to do the most dreadful work today which tried my patience. This is my reward for sticking to it. While I am out, I am going to find a cauliflower because I want to make some low carb latkes (see Irisblue's thread on this forum for recipes) sometime this week.

I pour it over drained tuna, eat on a salad or on crackers/bread.
I used it most recently, pouring it over leftover rice & mixed in some albacore( type I like)tuna, mixed in a few cooked bell pepper strips and onions and heated it through.
This sauce is very useful.

T J brought home some sliced deli meats this morning. Not sure what kind yet, but I feel like a sandwich. There are some baked beans too. Tea and oranges again with a cookie or two.

There is a leftover piece of chicken for FLFC who finished his medicine this morning. I'm sure his mood will be better without that nasty tasting liquid.

Heavenly! One of my fav combinations!

I had a chicken breast tenderloin so I cooked it with chinese veggies and served over ramen noodles all saucy. Added hoisin and soy.
