although I measure by volume 2cups:1/2 cup and 1/4 cup sugar... hard to go wrong with graham cracker crust

Graham Cracker Crust
1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
In bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and sugar. Add butter and blend well. Press into the sides and bottom of 9" pie plate.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool on wire rack before filling.
I leave out the sugar and add a teaspoon of cinnamon when I take to family functions, have two diabetics in the family.
