Good morning!

Coffee, of course.

Mixed fruit and an English muffin with butter.

I have an important business lunch at a NYC steakhouse. Lunch will be great!

1. Blueberries

I put tapioca pudding over the blueberries and toasted a corn muffin top. Ice cold chamomile tea.

We went to The Palm West Side in midtown and had filet mignons with little crab cakes, a cabbage salad and creamed spinach. Totally a NY power lunch! The business was really good, too.

Don't expect a post for dinner as I feel stuffed at 3:45 in the afternoon.

cantaloupe, small grape juice, coffee with cream.

5. Just coffee for me...got up at 5:15 to take hubs to rehab...he had a 6:45 appt...but

traffic is always bad going from the east side to the west side in Cleveland.
