Oatmeal with dried cranberries, walnuts and now I'm adding ground flaxseed! Oh, and I'll probably eat a banana too!

Ancient grains wrap with cream cheese, cold shrimp, and lots of leek sprouts. Yum. I'm dining out for lunch with the RG who is returning, so I'm only having this.

if you know what I mean...so counting points for oil and fat today. On the bright side...down 30 lbs and getting within spitting distance of my goal. I was able to use the treadmill yesterday without any knee pain too...yay. Have a great day folks.
