Matcha

My wife has discovered matcha. The same way some people discover meth. I've tried it once. That's about it for me. And she's a purist. No matcha latte for her.

So, DUers, what's the take on matcha?

Yea.

Nay.

Ceremonial.

Culinary.

Or WTF, who can afford matcha?

And am I the only one who questions whether that green powder is really all matcha or some sort of matcha, green tea, and dust mixture?

drink it every am... do like it with almond milk as well

Ceremonial is a must (I even use the whisk)... I buy it wholesale so it's less expensive... all relative mind you

Matcha IS green tea and tell your wife to try Pu'Erh… an excellent aged green tea (yes expensive as well)
