Mashed potatoes with parsley.
Heirloom tomatoes, both red and yellow, sliced. Olive oil, basil, and garlic over the top. Lots of coarsely ground black pepper, too.

(1,706 posts)with good Iowa sirloin beef bulgogi, with spinach, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and cucumber for the vegetables, and a fried egg on top. I am happily stuffed, but still have most of a lager to finish.

(68,556 posts)fresh mixed vegetable - carrots, broccoli and Zucchini cooked with more garlic and of course salt and pepper...I love garlic. For desert I made a yellow cake which came out great (gluten free) and white non-dairy icing. It was basically a butter cream with plant butter and lactose free milk subbed for butter and regular milk...now in a food coma. Nothing to do here in Ohio as we are the first state to be home bound...can't go to work or anywhere except the grocery store and pharmacy basically.

Full of hash browns, sausage, oven-baked bacon, onion, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, mexican, mozzarella & parm. It was delicious

(38,555 posts)a baked pasta casserole.
Bowtie pasta, grape tomatoes and mozzarella cheese in a pesto cream sauce.
It didn't have quite the pesto flavor I wanted, could have used a little more garlic, and I would have loved to have had some mushrooms to add to it.
Edible, but no where near wonderful.
