(12,272 posts)I also use it in stir fries and cut sticks for Mr gut's lunches. I just hadn't thought of putting some in the potato leek soup I am making for dinner. So it is good I visited the C&B group.

(6,581 posts)I try to grow all of the forms of it each year, the regular "stalk" celery, cutting celery, which is more like the wild ancestor, and resembles parsley but with celery flavor, and celeriac aka celery root.

Peanut butter
Celery
Utensil: knife
Preparation:
Wash and cut celery stalks into convenient lengths
Spread peanut butter in groove
Rest briefly
Eat with fingers
