with homemade tartar sauce, stir-fried gai choi (brown mustard) (okay but rather strong, earthy flavor) and some tater tots I dug out of the freezer.

in my long life my memory is not what it used to be. I have been reading about some of the "memory" meds people try and there is not much real evidence that they work. But there does seem to be good evidence that a diet that includes a lot of fatty fish like salmon seem to help. I love salmon though it is expensive. What do you think?
