Free pastry and breadmaking lessons online

Go to the site below and scroll down to "Free Trial" and click on it. You will be asked for your name and email address to sign up, but that's it. No credit card info, telephone #, address, etc. It doesn't even verify your email address. You can use a throwaway or fake email address and fake name if you wish. After signing up you will get a 60 day free trial of the lessons. I'm not sure what would stop you from making up a new email address and name and then signing up for another 60 days.

At any rate the lessons are really good from what I've seen so far. For each lesson you can watch the video and print out the detailed instructions to pdf. For the Naturally Fermented Starter lesson, it shows you how to make a wet starter (not sour) and a firm starter (sour) which is pretty cool. There's also lots of lessons on classic pastries and a few on breadmaking.

Everything is presented in basically a cooking school format. You can go to any lesson you like, and they will tell you which prerequisites you should take if you need the fundamentals.
