What's for breakfast Sun. 15?

I made my version of migas. Cooked up a pound of fresh made chorizo i got yesterday-it's so lean you have to add a little grease. Chopped up a small onion and 6 jalopeno peppers and sauteed them. A large handful of corn tortilla chips and 6 scrambled eggs. tossed it all together and cook until eggs are done. Serve with shredded pepper jack cheese on top. Feeds 3 hungry people or 4 otherwise.

The sausage I got from he butcher is lean and very flavorful. This will be my first use of it in gravy.

with crispy new potatoes, a fruit cup of strawberries and pineapple, and a toasted bagel. Lots of coffee! Good morning! I love migas but I had a chorizo taco last night for dinner and finished it all off.

homemade whole wheat/flax/oat bran/walnut muffins.

The strawberries were picked yesterday at the local pick-your-own. This is the second week for picking. They usually aren't ready until May.

Hobbit had what I'd like to have had.

I had a bowl of fruit: cantalope, grapes, crab apples, and grapefruit.

Not sure I'll worry about my next chorizo burrito, but.... the reporting was a tad too casual/everyday for me.
