What's for Dinner, Sat, Sept. 19, 2020

Cold fish plate. All kinds of smoked fish and other types of seafood, such as clams, on it. Black and green olives accompany. Raw onion. A few sauces the RG miixed up; one is very hot. Naan bread, crackers, artisan flatbreads to go with the fish.

Kitties are all sitting around smacking their lips because they get the juices from the seafood.

Since I couldn't sleep, I put on a pot of chili and let it simmer all morning. The house smells great and the soup turned out surprisingly well. Maybe it is because it has been so long since I made a batch. It's beginning to feel like Fall.
