I made the filling for knishes a couple days ago (basically mashed potatoes with caramelized onions) and still haven't made the dough to make the knishes.

I HAVE made several pancakes and eaten numerous forks full in passing... and now I'm considering making some sort of variation of shepherds pie with what remains.
