Now all I have to do is pause the web surfing and pour a cup. A motivational crisis is in play here this morning.

FLFC is ignoring me from the couch and is staring at the door waiting for his mama to come home from work.

Since it’s such a crappy morning (rain..) and we won’t get out for our walk, I think I’ll have time to bake some scones for breakfast.

there was enough left for 7 more small fritters. Wow, are they good. I am going to see what other kinds of fritters I can make.

There were some clean greens, so I quickly put a salad together because I thought it would be good with the fritters.

And I made up a fresh pot of ginger tea!
