Browse kitchen gadgets for hours, but I hate cooking! Go figure! One of my favorite books was called, I think, The History of Food, but when I tried to buy my own copy years later, I couldn't find it. Now that we have Internet, I'll have to try again. I also listened to the garum video. I think I'll continue to remain garum chaste.
