Lamb with tomato sauce.
Carbonara using fresh pasta.
Spinach/arugula with sliced apple and fennel. Also celery from the garden (celery withstands cold temps very well). Cider vinegar vinaigrette. Toasted walnuts over the top.
Dessert is bread pudding with pistachios and spicy chai tea.

Spaghettis with marinara sauce.
Spinach salad with sliced mushrooms, chopped celery and sliced red onion.Balsamic vinaigrette dressing with pine nuts tossed on top.
Apple slices and brandy for dessert.

Laelths corn especial (standard 12 oz. bag of frozen corn, 3 tbsp. real butter, 3 tbsp. honey, 1/2 medium onion, diced, seasoned to taste with cumin, white pepper, black pepper, and salt). The key with this dish is to add only a little water during cooking so that the corn caramelizes and sweetens.
