might make it easier to groom her. Any suggestion on a good detangler spray/lotion for her or any other grooming tips???

(12,595 posts)touch her with it. Since I posted, I bought Pet Smart's brand of detangler and sprayed a portion of her fur. No luck. I am going to give her a bath, then try the spray and see if that will help.
If she won't let me groom her, eventually I'll have to have her hair cut short. I hate to do that - she is only three months old and looks so cute - like a big fur-ball.

(130,895 posts)there's a lot of time to train her, convince her its not so bad, maybe after her hair's been cut so she's 'bald,' and as it grows in. And she'll have had the experience of having it cut by a professional groomer, I assume. Maybe they'll give you some tips.
I used it on our Bedlington, and their hair's similar to Poodle hair, curly and can get very tangled.
