Wales: abandoned puppies now under RSPCA care

A litter of puppies found cruelly dumped in a Flintshire rubbish bin are now on the look out for new homes.
The pups – three male and five female – were discovered by children who heard their whimpers on Chester Road East in Queensferry last month. Some of the puppies were so young they still had their umbilical cords attached.
