The dog, by the way, survived the shooting but is still suffering and walks with a limp.

(8,601 posts)I used to get so pissed off at court shows when the judges could only compensate plaintiffs or defendants for the actual monetary cost of a pet. If you had a mutt you basically got nothing. Yeah, that's fair.

it is time for the offenders to pay out of pocket and then maybe you would not see so many
police shoot everything in sight

I feel so badly for this family and their poor doggie.
