That is how it goes in Rescue. We just don't know. I suspect it is her first, the "milk bar" isn't progressing very quickly. Moms who have had several litters quite often fill their milk sacs quite early, hers aren't

My baby girl (American Bulldog) was born in a shelter. Some POS backyard breeder dumped her pregnant mother off when it turned out she'd need a C-section. I got her from a rescue that used fosters. 7 years later she't the apple of my eye and very spoiled; and she wouldn't be here without some kind foster! Of the 16 15 survived...

Franny came out of the shelter. We have no idea when she got pregnant, so we don't know when she is due.
