Woke up to the sight of Madoc sitting next to me with a zip tie in his paws

I'm going to try not to read too much in to this.

Perhaps I need to cut back on watching true crime TV shows.

2. It is his favorite thing to play with, today

Yesterday is was a paper wad. The day before, a plastic water bottle with big wooden beads inside. He's very inexpensive to amuse.

5. LOL! We spend so much money on the cute little buggers

and they seem to love the simplest things. I have a two year old male and his favorite toys are the twist ties that come with a loaf of bread.

My 4 cats have kitty beds and cat trees all over the house and they rarely use them. But when the weather turns cold, they do use the heated cat beds. At least something expensive is used by these little monsters.

15. I wish cats had thumbs

My polydactal kitty basically had thumbs.

The angle of some of those extra toes gave him thumbs.

He could run on three legs and hold a pencil in his paw hand. He would pick his food out of the bowl 1 by 1 with his paw hand.
He could grab a hank of my hair gently pull on it to get my attention. He did the carry and run on 3 legs thing alot carrying toys or whatever. He played fetch and sometimes he tried to catch the toy with his paw hand
He was an orange tabby and white bicolor with gorgeous copper eyes. A polydactal with a ridiculous number of toes . I named him, Pobegan.

His brother literally had pink fur. A dusty pink with grey tabby stripes he too had patches of white on him and beautiful copper eyes. I named him Huzza

I met these two sweet ones when I saw a car across from my house toss a box out of thier car door.
Ran over to see what it was and it was these two kittens. Of course I kept them.

Wish I would have bred Huzza because of his unique pink fur. Never seen a cat with pink fur since.

3. Too cute ☺️ I can buy expensive cat toys and my fur babies will play with the box it came in!

Their favorite right now are plastic bottle caps from gallon jugs. Gotta love the cat psyche.

4. Cats really don't like the toys we buy for them...

Because they usually don't fall apart like their normal prey.

My cats' favorite toy is my hands.

Otherwise, they love anything they can knock under the furniture.

8. You definitely should cut back on the true crime shows. Maybe some nice

cooking shows. .although. ..

12. Just one indoor, right now. I'm going to get a companion for Madoc, very soon.

And I am feeding 4 to 5 ferals, depending on who all shows up.
