Madoc left his impression on my Dutch Apple Pie
I put it out on the enclosed porch to cool. Just to be on the safe side I covered it with a tea towel.
When the kids got here, Madoc slipped out onto the porch. I caught him just in time, as he was climbing up on the pie to investigate. So, our dessert had a few footprints in it, but it still tasted quite lovely.
Oddly enough, the only time Madoc was a 'pest' was during appetizers. He was investigating everything. Once we started on the main meal, he made himself scarce. Perhaps he had chowed down on more than I realized.
But he was a real snuggle love bug, when it came to dinner guests. Gryff is still a bit shy, but I have hope he will see Madoc getting lots of attention, and decide that looks like a pretty sweet gig.
