Slobbers this morning the furry boys apex predators ,I'm slicing up meat.

This morning I’m slicing up roast beef for luncheon meats and tippy taps and slobbers are on full display as woofs and barks as well. Yesterday I sliced up ham for lunch meat also then we freeze and thaw what we need , the furry fellas only scored small bites of ham as it’s not best for pups I was once told.

Good doggiedad!

The brine and whatever else is in the curing of the ham is bad for them. Too much beef is also, it can trash their liver, make it shrink. I learned about it once when a roommate fed his dog cooked hamburger meatballs every day, It took a while but it killed her, shrunk her liver, the vet said.

Dogs are meat eaters and have been since their race evolved.

Is it cooked meat that is the problem? Not what I would expect....

Of course a lot of meat is also injected with brine (salt).

It’s hard to look at those faces and not share.

I surely know that tippy tap noise I hear it too whenever the food comes out. 🙂
