On January 2, 2015, our protests in front of News Corp the Headquarters of Fox News/NY Post were limited to a cage outside of its plaza which is Private/Public Property(meaning they get tax breaks for being in that location) and illegally disallowed us to be on that property.

If you stand for freedom of assembly and speech as well as are against the media and information distortions of Fox/NY Post News join us. And even more ominous in front of the State Assembly and Senate is S04260 which establishes the crime of aggravated resisting arrest; makes it a class E felony. If passed this will take effect in November and will further discourage people from protesting and exercising their first amendment rights

So this will be a two-pronged protest aimed at bringing to light government attempts to stem protests and dissent.

Please note that there will also be legal advisors and support there and if we are denied entry on property we plan to take legal action on this and other cases where property that corporations get tax breaks to provide public space for, is denied.
