(102,260 posts)I've never encountered even the smallest local town weekly paper not be able to typeset any better than that. Look at the hanging lines all over the place.
And having the woman's picture included, without her name? Nor the cop, in question?
Story may be true or not, but I'd bet money this "article" is fake. Why someone would feel the need to do so, is probably the real story.

In the long video, he and his fellow RWers decided to take 10 SECONDS and make that the point of why they forwarded it to me ... that she keeps a pistol in her glove compartment. They were glowing about her "courage" to carry.
I pointed out that, yes, the video was amazing ... not because of the pistol, but because the real story of the video was that she found parts manufacturers which honored her "lifetime guarantees" on the parts used when she took her car in for regular maintenance.
But then, there are different levels of "amazing" ...

Parts manufacturers that honored her lifetime guarantees after 60 years? That is amazing. Who makes these parts?

(844 posts)Assuming the cop is a cop and is speaking truthfully, where did the photo come from.?. It is not a DPS id type photo.
Presumably it came from the woman herself with her permission to publish it, so why is her name not in the article and her specific age?
