The Law Enforcement Protection Act which regulates ammunition says this...

(B) The term “armor piercing ammunition” means—
(i) a projectile or projectile core which may be used in a handgun and which is constructed entirely (excluding the presence of traces of other substances) from one or a combination of tungsten alloys, steel, iron, brass, bronze, beryllium copper or depleted uranium; or
(ii) a full jacketed projectile larger than .22 caliber designed and intended for use in a handgun and whose jacket has a weight of more than 25 percent of the total weight of the projectile.

Will someone kindly explain to the anti-gun folks what this means, particularly the definition of the word "entirely"?

the cops -- you know, the ones you want enforcing gun control laws -- are shooting and abusing unarmed people.

Perhaps you should revisit your Citizens Protection Act.

They're burecratically inept for sure, but there is no way even the greenest lawyer in the org wouldn't catch on to that.

Maybe they're secretly trying to rile up the frothing right, and give a boost to ammo sales too...the change to 855A1 (which IS legally AP) leaves a lot of unsold inventory..
