COSHOCTON -- A concealed carry permit for a Conesville man has been suspended pending the outcome of misdemeanor charges filed against him in Coshocton Municipal Court.
Joseph Sean McVey, 25, of 46369 Township Road 285, Conesville, pleaded not guilty Monday to two misdemeanor charges filed against him following an Aug. 7 encounter with Radio Emergency Association Communication Teams volunteers.
Coshocton County Sheriff Tim Rogers said this is the second time McVey has had his permit suspended. The first was in 2010, after McVey was arrested for having a sidearm near a North Carolina airport hosting President Barack Obama.
"After the ordeal was done there, he came back to me and asked for his license back and I said 'No, you're not getting them back,'" Rogers said. "His legal council contacted me and told me that I needed to verify that he was indeed in trouble in the Carolinas."

(16,038 posts)2. It's about some guy,
who the sheriff apparently dislikes, being charged with misdemeanors.
In my town there is a guy who keeps junk cars on his property and the city thinks his fence should be 6" taller than it is...of coarse I don't know what any of this has to do rkba..
