Seems like once you get away from the North East, Illinois and California, gun control supporters are vastly outnumbered.. A warning for election day??

with your comments. I have pulled one-man demonstrations before (in the 60s), and got the object of my protest, the Republican governor of Florida, to sign my sign. His staff was pissed that I sandbagged his dog & pony show. Fair game.

But it kind of stinks up anyone's efforts by condemning (probably) thousands by liking them to cowards.

May I suggest dropping "gun-lover" in favor of another aspersion? Born and raised in the South, it rings of a different fill-in-the-blank slur I heard a lot when young.

It's hard to get a crowd to protest against people with guns. Especially at their own venue.

4. Why not? Don't hear about much crime at gun shows?

Why would they be worried?

EDITED TO ADD..

Seems like people have no problem protesting police violence, when the police have a long record of killing people and getting away with it.. Why not at a gun show?

for AR's and AK's we keep hearing you can buy at gun shows. Then more people would pay attention.

Not that there's any actual risk of violence, but it's got to be difficult demonstrating alone, without anyone else there to help provide knowledge, moral support, or visual impact. I disagree with her up and down, but I definitely respect her guts and commitment.
