A soldier who betrayed his country we all took same oath as enlisted or officer ,Flynn needs a long prison term he is a traitor he makes me sick he is scum. I got no time for ass and trash as former infantry enlisted, and that is what Flynn did he sold out he became a traitor along with trump kremlin and crew it burns me up shakes me how a soldier could compromise his honor and become scum.

I absolutely agree. He took an oath as a enlisted officer. He was giddy yelling 'lock her up! What he did was worse than Michael Co hen's crimes.

I've said so before.

I still suspect the reason Cohen wanted to get his sentencing over with is because there is a lot of treasonous horrible crap yet to come out. When all is known, he might have got put away longer.

nations to undermine the best interests of America?!?!

It's nothing less than Treason! I don't care how much he helped Mueller's case, it can't compensate for the treason he committed!

Let's not even talk about his actions to help kidnap that Turkish cleric! He KNEW that the Turks were going to kill that man!

If he is found to be guilty of any criminal acts while serving, his retirement can be backed up - reduced to the last rank and service time he can prove that he held honorably.

A wing Commander I served under (Brigadier) retired under investigation, 6 months later his retirement which was O-7 with 26 years was reduced to LtCol with 21.

In todays dollars the difference between a one star with 26 and a light Colonel with 21 is pretty big - from $98k to $56k.

In general though, retirees do not lose their bennies for crimes committed after they seperate
