I was so excited to read that Ta-Nehisi Coates won the Macarthur Genius Award

His book, Between the World and Me, was one of the bravest and most brilliant books i have read in a LONG time.

I am sure all of you are aware that he won the award but just in case any one missed it, the following are a few good articles about the grant
